Leah Waller is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with Wellspring. She received her B.S. degree in psychology from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and her Master’s degree in psychiatric social work from the University of Alabama. She has had the opportunity to work with both Jay Haley and Chloe Madanes, pioneers in the field of family therapy. She received a postmaster’s certificate in family therapy from Philadelphia Child Guidance Center where she worked with Salvador Manuchin. She has been in private practice in the Birmingham area since 2000. She currently sees couples in marriage counseling, individuals, families and children. She specializes in helping families rebuild marriages or transition through divorce, and she also works with adults and children struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and grief issues.
